I am a Brisbane based business owner with more than 20 years experience in office administration. In 2015, I decided it was time for a change in pace.
Having worked for a number of organisations across Australia, New Zealand, Italy and the UK - it became obvious to me that so many companies seem to have one thing in common - they're totally snowed under with admin, and often lack the resources to hire another person. Stress levels are at an all time high, and consequently, morale is often low.
This led me to the thought, what if there was a different way where you could engage someone just for the tasks you need help with, when you need them? That's when I started looking around and fell into the world of Virtual Administration - and I haven't looked back!
We have helped many:
A Virtual Assistant, or a V.A., is a casual administrator who is self-employed and works from their own office. Everything is task oriented, you only pay for the hours you need, when you need them. This allows you to focus on your core business, leaving you to do what you do best while your V.A. takes care of the rest.
A V.A. can almost take care of any administrative tasks that a regular employee would normally take care of, from data entry through to project management.
